Reheating Instructions:
From Frozen:
Thaw overnight, then reheat in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 7–10 minutes. Alternatively, microwave on medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Can also be reheated in the oven at 180 degrees for 30min or until heated through.
From Fresh:
Reheat in a saucepan over medium heat for 3–5 minutes or microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with fluffy white or yellow rice and a side of creamy spinach or steamed green beans. Add a dollop of chutney for a touch of sweetness, or enjoy with crusty bread to soak up the rich gravy.
Beverage Pairing:
A glass of warm rooibos tea or a refreshing ginger beer enhances the hearty, comforting flavors of the dish beautifully.
