Reheating Instructions:

From Frozen:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil for the final 5 minutes to brown the custard.

From Fresh:

Bake uncovered at 180°C for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.

 

Serving Suggestions:

Best enjoyed with yellow rice, sambal, and a side of slices banana, coconut, sweet pumpkin or glazed carrots.

 

Beverage Pairing:
